Leadership Training Academy
- Video-based training to develop lay leaders
- Curriculum includes video sessions, assigned readings in selected books and the Bible, active involvement in ministry, and regular meetings with a mentor
The Leadership Training Academy is a resource for local churches to use in training current and future leaders. The program contains 10 quarterly units and is intended to be completed in 2.5 years. Each topic below is taught in three, 30-minute sessions and has an assigned book to read to complement the online teaching.
